Additional charges
Domestic shipping: ambient ¥660; frozen ¥880; ambient and frozen ordered together ¥1,540 total.

For discounted product subtotals of ¥9,800 or more including tax, ambient-only orders ship free and orders containing frozen products have a total shipping fee of ¥200. All shipping amounts include tax.

Domestic shipping is included for the first-order trial set itself. Extra products purchased with it are subject to standard shipping. Reduced-shipping eligibility is based on the discounted product subtotal, including the trial set.

Payment timing
Credit card and other immediate payments are confirmed when the order is confirmed.

Delivery timing
We normally dispatch within 3 business days after order confirmation. Different dispatch timings, if applicable, are stated on the product page.

Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of food products, returns and exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted. For defects, damage or incorrect delivery, email us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or refund and cover return shipping in these cases.

Quantity restrictions
Due to limited production, purchase quantities may be restricted for some products.
