Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver within Japan. Jerky is shipped at ambient temperature and frozen food is shipped frozen. Ambient and frozen products are sent in separate parcels.

Shipping fees, including tax

• Ambient products only: ¥660
• Frozen products only: ¥880
• Ambient and frozen products ordered together: ¥1,540 total

When the discounted product subtotal is at least ¥9,800 including tax, ambient-only orders ship free. Orders containing frozen products have a total shipping fee of ¥200 including tax.

We normally dispatch within 3 business days after confirming your order. Production, weather, traffic or other circumstances may delay dispatch or delivery.

Ambient products sent by Nekopos are delivered to your mailbox; a delivery date or time cannot be selected. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, prolonged absence or another customer-related reason, you may be charged for reshipping.

Domestic shipping is included for the first-order trial set itself. Extra products purchased with it are subject to standard shipping fees. Reduced-shipping eligibility is based on the discounted product subtotal, including the trial set.
